Give out more cake to get more friends. Some regions have a lot of stations and if you can snag one you will have the most chance but then yes if his buddie list is bigger expect to be removed but then thats the game.

Afterburner, Medium Capacitor Injector, Warp Scrambler, Tracking Disruptor, Multi spec ECM. Still my faforit MID use of the Pilgrim. That or 2x the ECM.
